Will there be any mess?
No, power flushing is a clean and easy process.
Will all radiators in my house need to be removed?
No, connection is either across the circulating pump or the tails at one radiator on the circuit.
Can a Power flush cause leaks?
Only if a fault already exists, such as a radiator rusted through or pipe work corrosion is excessive, however it is far better for our engineers to deal with this problem on-site in a controlled way, rather than a leak to randomly occur on any other occasion.
I have a combination boiler system is it safe to power flush?
Yes, a combination system would benefit just the same as a conventional heating system with hot water cylinder.
I live outside the areas covered; can I still get the service carried out?
Yes, however there may be a small charge to cover hotel and travel costs, please notify us when requesting a quotation.
What if the power flush does not work and I still have poor heat in my radiators?
If the power flush does not remedy this problem which is very rare, Power Flush Professionals will carry out a diagnostics (free of charge) on your system, as it is very common that poor system design and boiler output is not up to the latest recommended system requirements.
How much will it cost?
Prices start from as little as £250 for heating systems up to 6 radiators, £325 for 11 radiators and for systems more than 11 radiators the price for each radiator more would be £15.
Do I have to pay extra for the chemicals?
No, the price quoted is an all-inclusive with no hidden extras, however if there is any other remedial work the engineer can carry this out at an extra cost.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we give a 3-year guarantee for all our work, so long as the system is maintained yearly, after completion of the power flush we issue a certificate to confirm cleanliness and pH levels within your system to conform to industry standards.
Do you have adequate insurance?
Yes, we have public liability.
Are your engineers qualified?
All our engineers are qualified in the art of power flushing and our City & Guilds trained plumbers and also Gas Safe registered.
